---Osteoporosis Masterclass---

When I found out I had osteopenia while I was in my early 40s, I was shocked. I was a personal trainer, after all. I exercised. I ate healthy. I thought I was doing everything right. So I set out on a mission to learn everything I could about osteoporosis, and its precursor, osteopenia. And I learned a lot. Since then, I've shared what I know and helped dozens of clients and others. Now I want to share it with you. And no, I still don't have osteoporosis, 15 years later!

Getting an osteoporosis diagnosis can be devastating.

I don't want you to feel the overwhelm that I felt.

If you're like me, you may have these feelings -

You feel helpless that it's too late to make your bones stronger.

You're devastated that your active lifestyle may have to end.

You're worried that you'll break a bone and become debilitated.

You know you should be exercising to strengthen your bones, but you don't know what to do, and you don't want to hurt yourself.

You're afraid of becoming - or you already are - isolated from others

because you're afraid to be in situations where you could be hurt.

You're afraid that osteoporotic

'hump' is in your future.

You're concerned about taking

medication because you've

heard about so many side

effects.

And you're not sure what the

future hold for you.

You look 'normal'. You feel

'normal'.

All on the outside.

But on the inside -

Your bones are fragile. You feel different. You feel alone. You feel no one understands your worries.

I want you to know - You are not alone. These are common thoughts and fears.

Debilitating broken bones, isolation, and your worst fears for your future are not inevitable.

I want to give you all the information you need to build strong bones.

It's not too late.

Let me share my knowledge and experience with you so you don't have to experience these feelings. I know. I've been there.

I will share the facts - risk factors that we have control over, proper nutrition and safe, effective exercises. You will leave this training with the knowledge, and solid action steps to face the future confidently.

I invite you to join me for an

Osteoporosis Masterclass

I will teach you how to strengthen your bones and live a full, active life with this silent disease.

This information filled two hour class (including a Q and A period where I will answer your specific questions!) will give you the knowledge to feel confident you're doing everything to improve your bone health.

After taking this workshop you will immediately know -

What is osteoporosis?

You'll know exactly what your 'T-score' really means, how exactly

osteoporosis happens and its effect on your bones.

What risk factors you can control

Risk factors can be controllable or uncontrollable. You'll learn both and what you can do to reduce your risk.

How to exercise safely

You'll learn why exercise is such an important part of osteoporosis therapy. You'll develop the confidence to know which exercises you should be doing (and which you should be avoiding). You'll also learn actual exercises for posture, balance, bone strength, and function.

You'll learn which vitamins and minerals you should be getting.

It's more than just calcium and vitamin D.

You'll learn that the feelings you're experiencing are normal.

You'll gain the peace of mind knowing what to expect and that you're not alone.

You'll learn about the different types of medications for osteoporosis -

how they each work differently on your bones.

Actual exercises to do at home!

And - we'll have a question and answer session at the end. Bring your questions or submit them early. If you can't make it live, I'll address your questions and you can get the answers on the replay.

This workshop will give you the knowledge to take your own best steps to take charge of your bone health. Feel confident, at ease, and strong - both mentally and physically!
